EXCLUSIVE PHOTOS DURING THE RAID
APRIL 22nd - Reno/Clinton Ordered the Assault in Storm Troopers Style.
Dozens of Federal Agents with flack jackets, helmets, steel boots, submachine
guns, shotguns and tear gas
were well prepared to encounter any hostile actions that Elian and the Miami Relatives
might pose.
When Donato Dalrymple
heard the battering rams breaking the front door, he grabbed Elian and tried to hide.
Photographer Alan Diaz followed them to the bedroom and positioned himself against the far
wall. He took this photo before Donato slid the closet door closed. Alan was on the
opposite side of the bedroom up against the wall.
Once inside agents knocked Cameraman Tony Zumbado to the floor and kicked him in the back.
His camera which was under him ...was jammed into his stomach, when the agent jammed his
boot into his back. At gunpoint Tony was told, Stay down, or Ill shoot.
From the ground Tony saw red dots from laser sights pinpointed at the foreheads of Lazaro
and Mayisleysis.
Two agents with submachine guns enter the bedroom searching for
Elian.
The agent stared for a moment at the photographer and then focused on the closed closet
door.
With only his right hand holding the MP-5 submachine gun the agent pointed it at the
closet door. With his left hand slid the door open.
Elian was on the right side wrapped inside Donatos right arm. The agent had the
submachine gun in ONE HAND. When one of the photos were taken by Alan... it showed
the agent pointing his weapon directly at Donatos left shoulder. Only a second
earlier his weapon pointed directly at both Elian and Donato.
IS THE SAFETY ON OR OFF ? When finally confronted by the media about
Excessive use of force, and the submachine safety issue, Janet Reno said:
I only had the best interests of Elian on my mind. You can see by the
photo that the agent is pointing the weapon to the side of Donato.
Experts disagreed with Janet Reno's coverup. Munitions and security
experts, Navy Seals, and military consultants went virtually unreported in the Clinton
main stream media.
Here are some of their quotes.....
Even though they are saying that the submachine guns safety lock is ON.
There is no
doubt from the photograph that the SAFETY LOCK IS OFF and ready to fire.
The photo shows that the agent DID NOT have the weapon properly secured at ALL THREE
points, only at ONE point. The photo clearly shows it being used as a one handed
weapon. A submachine gun is not a one handed weapon"
The recoil from the submachine gun is such, that it must be secured at 3 points. The
butt of the weapon MUST be stationed against the shoulder, chest or mid-section. One hand
MUST secure the muzzle at the front vertical grip. The other hand MUST control the pistol
grip and the trigger. This was a very dangerous situation and THE AGENT HAD
LITTLE CONTROL OF THE WEAPON at the time.
The federal agent turns away as he hears camera clicks as
Photographer Alan Diaz shoots these exclusive shots.
Local and state officials in police
departments and crime prevention units were NOT in agreement with the excessive use of
force in this case. Most said they never knew of a SWAT type raid to pick up a child.
